  1. Avoid food which are deep fried, grilled, microwave food, baked and even boiled. Learn how to prepare healthy food and also make sure to trim the fat and skin of meat.
  2. Avoid drinking sugary drinks. You can serve water and low-fat milk instead of sugary drinks. Limit yourself if you are planning to drink any sugary drinks. These sugary drinks do not contain any vitamins or minerals.
  3. You should not skip any of your meals. The ideal way to maintain both energy and healthy weight is that you should eat three times a meal with snacks in between. When you are hungry you often lands up eating junk foods which are dangerous to your health that is why you should not skip your meals. Take food with you or buy healthy food if you are eating away from home.
  4. Try to avoid taking diets as they are no good food or any bad foods for you. These foods are normally have lots of other added ingredients to replaces the carbohydrates or fat so you don't need to buy any low carb fat free or even diet foods. When eaten in moderation all food can be a part of a healthy diet.
