Tail Recipe Spicy Sour

Material:

500 g which was braised oxtail

250 ml oxtail broth

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

50 g ground red pepper

2 stalks lemongrass, crushed

3 bay leaves

1 cm galangal, smashed

3 sheets of orange leaves

2 cm ginger, crushed

1 teaspoon chicken bouillon seasoning

Two sour fruit kandis

Refined:

10 onions

8 garlic cloves

1 teaspoon sal

How to make Sour Spicy Recipes Tail:

1. Fried oxtail until slightly dry and drain.
2. Stir-fry ground spices until fragrant.
3. Add the galangal, ginger, bay leaf, lemongrass, lime leaves and tamarind kandis.
4. Stir until wilted.
5. Enter ground chili powder and broth, stirring until cooked.
6. Pour the broth, bring to a boil. Enter fried oxtail, cook until the spices seep
