- 1 head red cabbage, shredded
- 4 tart apples, cored and diced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Chardonnay or Gewürztraminer
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 pound kielbasa sausage, cut into pieces
Toss it in the slow cooker and let it cook on low for 6- 8 hours. The house will smell great.
