INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. frozen or fresh asparagus, cooked until tender
- 2 tbsp. slivered almonds
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Cook asparagus. Meanwhile cook slivered almonds in butter over low heat. Stir occasionally until golden. Remove from heat, add lemon juice. Pour over beans and serve. Makes 4 servings. This nice vegetable recipe is ready to serve.
