- Pecorino - 200 gr

- Spaghetti - 400 gr
Preparation:
For the Frist one, cook the pasta in abundant salted water, drain and a couple of minutes before cooking finish. Heat the oil in a saucepan with a generous sprinkling of black pepper, and meanwhile put in a 'salad bowl 200 gr. of grated cheese and a little 'd' cooking water of the paste, mixing it to obtain a cream.
